Hello! I'm Nicole Kougl, Associate Broker with The Dream Home Team at Boyle & Kahoe Real Estate in Bel Air Maryland. My license includes the entire state of Maryland while specializing in all of Harford County, as well as Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Cecil County.

I spend my time helping buyers and renters find a home within their specific criteria, as well as educating sellers and landlords on the value of their home while assisting them with pricing their homes to sell or rent quickly.

My team and myself pride ourselves on our communication, availability, and work ethic. My goal is to make you feel at ease in the transaction and have complete confidence in the fact that I am representing you.
